    South ​African retailer ‌Woolworths Holdings (WHLJ.J), opens new tab ​on ​Thursday said ⁠chief ​Roy ​Bagattini will retire ​at ​the end ‌of ⁠September 2026, and ​named ​insider ⁠Sam ​Ngumeni ​as ⁠his successor.
