View Arsenal summer 2026 transfer targets
Arsenal have joined Chelsea in the race to sign Monaco winger Maghnes Akliouche during the summer transfer window.
The Gunners are planning to reinforce their wide attacking department in the summer, and they are exploring several options.
Akliouche has emerged as one of those. The Frenchman is a right winger by trade and has made 15 goal contributions this term.
He has also impressed with his dribbling and pace on the counter-attack, and he could be signed for around 52 million pounds.
A move from Arsenal would be a surprise, given they are well-equipped on the right wing with Bukayo Saka, Noni Madueke and Max Dowman.
The Gunners’ main concern has been on the opposite flank, with Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli struggling for consistency.
The duo have made 33 goal contributions in the campaign, but they have tended to fade in games, much to the frustration of some fans.
One of them could depart for a new marquee left winger.
