    Tribest Corporate Service Group has announced the appointment of seasoned human resources and corporate administration expert, as Group Executive Director, in a strategic move aimed at strengthening the Group’s leadership capacity and accelerating its growth across its manpower, outsourcing, and energy support businesses.

    The appointment comes as Tribest Corporate Support Group continues to deepen its position as a leading provider of recruitment, outsourcing, workforce management, and energy support solutions for organizations across Nigeria.

    With over 35 years of professional experience spanning banking, manufacturing, oil servicing, and public sector operations, Abel Fadebi brings to the Board a wealth of leadership expertise in human capital management, organizational governance, operational excellence, and strategic administration.

    Prior to his appointment, Fadebi built an illustrious career at United Bank for Africa, where he served in several strategic leadership capacities over a 28-year career journey that began during the Standard Trust Bank era and continued through its merger and transformation into one of Africa’s leading financial institutions.

    During his distinguished banking career, he held key positions including Head, Human Resources Business Partnering for Nigeria; Deputy Chief of Staff to the Group Managing Director/CEO; Executive Assistant to the Deputy Managing Director/CEO, UBA Africa; and Head, Recruitment Support, Confirmation and Records.

    His outstanding contributions to operational efficiency and service delivery earned him multiple awards and institutional recognition.

    A highly respected HR and administration professional, Fadebi possesses deep expertise in strategic HR partnership, recruitment and selection, policy development and implementation, employee relations, staff welfare administration, outsourcing, organizational governance, and disciplinary management.

    He also served as Chairman of the Corporate Disciplinary Committee, where he played a critical role in reinforcing corporate governance standards, institutional discipline, and compliance culture.

    Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Udochi Nwaodu the Chairman of Tribest Corporate Support Group described Fadebi as a transformational leader whose extensive experience and people-centric leadership style would significantly enhance the Group’s strategic growth aspirations.

    “Abel Fadebi brings exceptional leadership experience, institutional knowledge, and strategic insight garnered over decades across multiple sectors. His appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening governance, operational excellence, and service delivery as we continue to expand our business offerings and support organizations with innovative workforce and energy solutions,” he stated.

    Speaking on his appointment, Fadebi expressed appreciation to the Board and management of Tribest Corporate Support Group for the confidence reposed in him, noting that he looks forward to contributing to the Group’s next phase of growth and transformation.

    Fadebi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University and an MBA in Management from Obafemi University, Ile-Ife.
