Burna Boy’s supporters had celebrated his appearance as the opening-day headliner, arguing that organisers gave him the coveted first-day closing slot because of his global star power, placing him ahead of Wizkid and other performers on the lineup.
However, during his performance on Sunday, Wizkid appeared to address the ongoing comparisons, telling the crowd:
“Big Wiz is here. This is why you save the best for the last, baby.”
