The World Health Organisation is testing an innovative approach to strengthening outbreak preparedness through an interactive simulation designed to improve the speed of outbreak detection, notification and response. A cargo plane carrying money crashed Friday near Bolivia’s capital, damaging about a dozen vehicles on highway, scattering bills on the ground and leaving at least 15 people dead and others injured, an official said.
