An association, Citizens Democratic Alliance (CDA), has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of failing to comply with a Federal High Court judgment directing the electoral body to register it as a political party. In a statement issued on Friday, the National Publicity Secretary of the association, Umar Abdullahi, said INEC had neither issued it with a Certificate of Registration nor provided any explanation for its failure to comply with the court’s order. Super Eagles winger Olakunle Olusegun has sealed a permanent transfer to Russian Premier League outfit FC Rostov, DAILY POST reports. Olusegun inked up with FC Rostov from another Russian side Krasnodar. The details of the deal was not disclosed by both clubs. The 24-year-old spent last season on loan at Nizhny Novgorod, netting five times in 26 league appearances. Olusegun arrived Krasnodar from Danish club Fremad Amager in April 2022.
