A truce between Russia and Ukraine to mark the Orthodox Easter formally expired Monday, both sides having accused each other of thousands of violations, despite a lull in Russian air raids. The Imo Police Command says it has dismantled a notorious robbery syndicate in a successful operation that led to the detention of five suspects and the recovery of 450 allegedly stolen motorcycles.
