The billionaire owner of adult content website OnlyFans, Leo Radvinsky, has died at the age of 43 after a battle with cancer.

Radvinsky was a Ukrainian-born entrepreneur who made billions, reportedly earning up to $1.8 million a day from his adult content platform and other ventures.

Citing confirmation from a spokesperson in a statement on Monday, the Daily Mail reported that the company was “deeply saddened” by his death.

“Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” the spokesperson said. “His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”

An online obituary indicated that Radvinsky died in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he lived with his family.

The Ukrainian-American businessman had an estimated net worth of $4.7 billion, largely derived from his firm, Fenix International Limited, which holds a majority stake in OnlyFans.

He served as a director and majority shareholder of the company and was also known as a philanthropist and angel investor.

Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom, after which the platform experienced rapid growth.

In 2024, users spent a record $7.2 billion on the subscription-based platform. According to Bloomberg, Radvinsky paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends between 2021 and 2025.

He had reportedly attempted to sell the platform last year but struggled to find a buyer, with reports attributing the difficulty to its adult content business model.
