Man Utd squad update for Bournemouth

Manchester United will be without four players for the Premier League clash against Bournemouth on Friday night.

The Red Devils returned to winning ways with a 3-1 triumph over Aston Villa at Old Trafford last weekend.

They will be eyeing another victory against the Cherries on the South Coast. It won’t be an easy encounter.

Ahead of the clash, United won’t have the services of four defenders.

Matthijs de Ligt and Patrick Dorgu are long-term injury absentees.

Lisandro Martinez has not recovered from a calf problem too, while Noussair Mazraoui has been ill for a while.

Hence, it could be almost an identical squad to last weekend with Mazraoui being the only absentee if he is not fit again.

United are currently three points ahead of fourth-placed Aston Villa, and can extend the gap further by beating the Cherries.

The Red Devils are the clear-cut favourite behind Arsenal and Manchester City to qualify for the Champions League.
