The Rivers State Police Command says its operatives have arrested three high-profile kidnappers who lure victims into the state through deceitful means. The police also said three persons held hostage by the miscreants were rescued. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has collaborated with the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA) to introduce the Nigerian Overnight Financing Rate (NOFR) as a standardised money market benchmark.
