The Kebbi State Police Command has arrested a 36-year-old security guard attached to an Islamiyya school in Jega Local Government Area over the alleged sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl. The Commissioner of Police, Umar Hadejia, disclosed the arrest during a press briefing in Birnin Kebbi on Wednesday. African Democratic Congress presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has welcomed the Court of Appeal’s decision to stay the execution of a Federal High Court judgment ordering the deregistration of the ADC and four other political parties.
