Gospel Singer, Toluwanisings is reportedly dead.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Nigerian gospel singer Toluwanisings has reportedly died, following reports that surfaced on social media on Wednesday.

The development was announced by Pelumi Olajengbesi, convener of the Coalition of Public Interests Lawyers and Advocates (COPA), in a post on Instagram.

Expressing concern over the reported death of the young singer and the loss of other young Nigerians, Olajengbesi appealed for God’s mercy, describing the situation as deeply troubling.

Sharing a photograph of Toluwanisings, he wrote: “My God! What a life! No, Lord! We plead for Your mercy upon Toluwanisings.

“I am deeply troubled by the deaths of young men and women. This is not God’s plan for us.”

He also declared, “We say no to untimely death.”

However, gospel comedian Woli Agba has urged the public not to conclude that the singer is dead, saying prayers are still ongoing for a miracle.

In a message shared on his social media page, Woli Agba wrote: “Please hold on. Please don’t conclude. We are trusting God. Please.”

Similarly, gospel singer Boyebest expressed faith that a miracle could still happen.

Responding in the comments section, he wrote: “Yes yes yes. Yeah I have faith in God. I do. God you’ll do this one.”

The development comes about two hours after rumours about the singer’s reported death first emerged on social media, triggering reactions and expressions of concern among fans and members of the gospel music community.

As of the time of filing this report, the circumstances surrounding the reported incident remain unclear, and there has been no confirmation in the information available for this report to establish the circumstances of his death.

Further details are awaited as reactions continue to emerge from colleagues and fans.
