Popular herbal seller and social media personality, Eniola Fagbemi, widely known as Sisi Alagbo, has again apologised over a leaked video involving her, her husband, Adesola Hakeem, and an unidentified woman.

The video, which surfaced online last Monday, has generated widespread controversy, with many expressing outrage over its content, while others questioned the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Following the viral video, Sisi Alagbo and her husband apologised to her fans, stating that she had been unable to sleep for days since it surfaced online.

However, in an emotional video posted on her Facebook page on Monday, Sisi Alagbo broke down in tears as she knelt to beg Nigerians, her fans, and her family for forgiveness.

Fagbemi appealed to mothers, the association of herbal sellers, her family, and God to pardon her actions.

According to her, she deeply regrets what happened and has no justification for her conduct.

“I am begging all Nigerians. I beg my mother and my family, please do not be angry. To the association of herbal sellers and traditional practitioners, I also apologise. I apologise to all mothers in the world; please forgive my actions. I also ask God to forgive my sins.

“I apologise to all men and women in the country. I am your child; please forgive me. I made a grave mistake, and I regret my actions. Nigerians, please forgive me. I have nothing to say and no reason for what I did. I have done wrong; please forgive me. I beg you all, forgive me. I beg you in the name of God, forgive me,” she said.

Sisi Alagbo rose to prominence online after showcasing her herbal trade and promoting her grandmother’s business to a wider audience, including markets in China and Qatar.

She later gained further attention following a viral encounter with Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

In the video, she knelt respectfully to greet the football star, a gesture that sparked mixed reactions on social media.

Responding to critics at the time, she wrote, “You are criticising me because I knelt down to greet Osimhen. I did not know that being respectful is now a crime. Osimhen is wealthier and more famous than I am.

“Do you even know how elites and influential people all over the world are eager to meet him? For Osimhen to come down to my level — an ordinary agbo hawker from the trenches — I had to show him the utmost respect.

“From the video I posted alone, I already know what I have gained from it. People from Ibadan have told me that all the agbo in my store have been sold out.

“Everyone in Morocco is eager to taste the agbo I brought. If I see Osimhen again, I will kneel to greet him as a proper Yoruba girl that I am. I am a beautiful story.”
