A video showing a group of market women celebrating the birth of triplets to Nollywood couple, Lateef Adedimeji and Adebimpe Oyebade, has surfaced online.

In the viral clip, the elderly women were seen dancing excitedly in what appeared to be a market, singing Yoruba gospel songs in appreciation to God for the safe delivery of the babies.

The women, who held a crate of soft drinks while celebrating, were heard offering prayers and thanksgiving on behalf of the actress, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, and her husband. The location of the celebration is believed to be somewhere in the South-West region of Nigeria.

“Thank God on behalf of Bimpe, Lateef wife,” one of them was heard saying as they danced.

The development comes amid previous social media conversations and backlash over the couple’s wait for children following their widely celebrated wedding in 2021.

Reacting to the video via her Instagram story on Sunday, Oyebade expressed excitement and called for the women to be identified, saying she would like to host them at a celebration.

“Find them for me! They need to attend our party,” she wrote.

The couple had earlier announced the arrival of their triplet sons, drawing widespread congratulatory messages from fans and colleagues in the entertainment industry.

Adedimeji, in a post shared on his Instagram page, described the children as his world, responsibility, and legacy, while expressing gratitude for what he called a remarkable blessing.
