Wike, Adeleke, Soludo, and Fashola made APC Revised 2027 Presidential Campaign Council List.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has named Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike; Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke; Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori; Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo; former Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola; and Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, among members of its revised Presidential Campaign Council ahead of the 2027 general election.

The revised list, made available to journalists on Tuesday, places President Bola Tinubu at the head of the council, with Vice-President Kashim Shettima and APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, serving as vice-chairmen.

Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House of Representatives Tajudeen Abbas, and Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq are also listed as vice-chairmen.

The appointments outline the party’s proposed leadership structure and mobilisation arrangements as it prepares for the 2027 presidential election campaign.

    APC Names Abdulaziz Yari Director-General

The revised list names Senator Abdulaziz Yari as Director-General of the Presidential Campaign Council.

Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni, Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele, Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin and Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu are among the deputy directors-general. Senator Adams Oshiomhole is designated Deputy Director-General for Mobilisation.

APC Releases Zonal Campaign Coordination Structure

The revised campaign council list also provides for coordinators and co-coordinators across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.

For the South-South, Governor Bassey Otu and Victor Giadom are named, while Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah and Tjeoma Arodiogbu will coordinate activities in the South-East.

The appointments establish a zonal structure for coordinating the party’s campaign activities across the country.
