Zoho has celebrated 30 years anniversary and have reached one million customers and 150 million users worldwide.

NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Zoho Corporation has marked its 30th anniversary by announcing two major milestones: the company now serves one million paying customers and supports more than 150 million users globally.

The privately held technology firm, which operates brands including ManageEngine, Qntrl, and TrainerCentral, reported strong year-on-year growth in 2025, with a 32% increase in customers and 20% revenue growth.

    Expanding Global Client Base

Recent additions to Zoho’s global customer portfolio span multiple regions and industries. In the United States, organisations such as Rapid Response Monitoring and Synergy Home Care joined the platform. In India, clients include Mercedes-Benz India, Force Motors, Joyalukkas and Union Bank of India. Across the UK and European Union, companies such as Flora Food Group, Handl Tyrol and Atout France adopted Zoho solutions.

In the Middle East and Africa, customers include Al-Ahli Saudi FC and Al Qadsiah FC, while in Latin America, Gonher Batteries, Creditas and Editora Globo have also partnered with the company.

    Customer-First Philosophy

Sridhar Vembu, Co-founder and Chief Scientist of Zoho Corporation, highlighted the company’s distinctive approach.

“Being bootstrapped, private, and built entirely in-house makes Zoho an outlier among competitors. For 30 years, delivering customer value has been our North Star. Before any innovation or strategy becomes a product or policy, it must answer one question: ‘Will this help businesses?’”

He expressed appreciation for the trust businesses worldwide have shown over the past three decades, reaffirming Zoho’s commitment to providing scalable and affordable technology solutions.

    Growing Commitment to Africa

Zoho has continued to deepen its footprint across Africa as digital transformation accelerates across the continent.

Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head of Zoho Nigeria, described Africa as one of the world’s most dynamic business environments, noting increasing demand for flexible and cost-effective technology solutions built for long-term value.

According to Ogundare, Zoho’s unified platform offers African businesses enterprise-grade capabilities without the complexity and high costs typically associated with large-scale software deployments.
