The Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru, has reshuffled his cabinet, redeploying several commissioners to new ministries in what the state government described as a move to strengthen governance and improve service delivery. Nigeria has launched its first public-facing Mental Health Policy Commitment Tracker, a digital platform designed to independently monitor implementation of the country’s mental health laws and policies amid concerns over slow progress in carrying out key reforms.
