The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has explained why it has yet to charge the former Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, to court, despite his three-day interrogation. A fire at Cape Town International Airport on Tuesday disrupted international and domestic flights, though the state company that manages South Africa’s airports said the fire had been extinguished.
