Chelsea Football Club has announced plans to visit Lagos, Nigeria, for the first time in its history this May as part of its global fan engagement programme.

The club disclosed this in a Thursday statement on its website, noting that former player and ex-Super Eagles forward, Victor Moses, will host fans during the event in the city.

According to Chelsea, the event will feature a weekend of activities, including a watch party, interactive sessions, and a question-and-answer segment with Moses.

Fans will also have the opportunity to win signed merchandise.

Here is a guide for fans who wish to attend the event on how to register.

    How to register

Interested fans are required to fill out an online registration form to enter a ballot for a chance to attend the event.

    Visit the website: https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/article/nigeria-to-host-the-famous-cfc-fan-event-with-victor-moses

Scroll down the article to the registration form section.

Applicants must provide their first and last names, email address, date of birth, and country or region.

The registration is open to persons aged 18 and above.

Chelsea noted that submitting the form does not guarantee attendance, as tickets are limited and will be allocated randomly.

Successful applicants will be contacted directly with further details about the event.

The club also stated that personal data provided during registration would be handled in line with its privacy policy.
