Transnational Corporation Plc, Transcorp Group, has declared a total dividend of N20.3 billion, representing N2 per share to its shareholders, at its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held at the Transcorp Centre Abuja. A 37-year-old Niger State man, Isah Usman, has been arrested for the rape of three boys whose ages are 13, 14, and 15 years. Our correspondent gathered that the act was carried out in his room several times.
